Easy Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp flax ssed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tbsp organic agave sweetener (depending how sweet you like it)
  • 2/3 cup almond milk (I use Califia toasted coconut)

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients in an indivdually portioned jar.
  • Add pumpkin and sweetener.
  • Add almond milk and mix.
  • Let sit overnight.
  • Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, cookie sticks or chocolate chips!
