Easy Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
If you like pumpkin spice AND overnight oats, then I have the perfect fall breakfast recipe for you! It’s also one of the easiest, healthy breakfasts that my girls will actually eat. The DIY pumpkin jars may help a bit but don’t be fooled– this oatmeal will be gobbled right up with or without a cute ghost or jack-o-lantern face!

These yummy overnight oats are naturally sweetened with organic agave sweetener and are packed with flax, chia seeds, pumpkin purée and spice, so are full of fiber, iron, vitamin A and antioxidants.
I love making a half dozen or so of these as part of my weekly prep on Sundays, along with a dozen freezer PBJs. It makes our school day mornings and lunch making run so much smoother!
To make jars extra festive like I did here: simply use a sharpie or Silhouette (what I use!) or Cricut machine and black vinyl.
